Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, find the items GOTTA HAVE and contact us or stop by. One of our expert associates will assist you. We will help you choose the correct items, process your order, and even book an appointment! All orders and appointments require a deposit. We accept credit card payment.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No returns after 30 days.
No returns on Electrical Parts.
No returns on "Special Orders."
All other returns and cancellations subject to a restocking fee no less than 15%.
All returns must be brand new and in original packaging.
Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified in 1-2 days if your item is back ordered. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders.
